Refund Policy

Our commitment: We want you to be satisfied with ForwoodAI. If our service does not work for your plantation needs, we will work with you to make it right.
Monthly Subscriptions
Professional — $19.99/month
Billed monthly
- You may cancel at any time from your dashboard
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period
- No refund is issued for the remaining days of the current month
- No charges after cancellation
Enterprise — $39.99/month
Billed monthly
- You may cancel at any time from your dashboard
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period
- No refund for the remaining days of the current month
- No charges after cancellation
Annual Subscriptions
Professional — $199/year
Billed annually
- Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund if you are not satisfied, no questions asked
- 30–90 days after purchase: Pro-rated refund for remaining months, minus 2 months usage
- After 90 days: No refund, but you may cancel to stop renewal
Enterprise — $399/year
Billed annually
- Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund if you are not satisfied, no questions asked
- 30–90 days after purchase: Pro-rated refund for remaining months, minus 2 months usage
- After 90 days: No refund, but you may cancel to stop renewal
Free Plan
The free plan has no charges and therefore no refunds apply. You may delete your account at any time.
Exceptions — When We Always Refund
Regardless of when you subscribed, we will always issue a full refund if:
- ForwoodAI experienced a service outage affecting more than 50% of your monthly scan quota
- A technical error on our side caused charges you did not authorize
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription
- Duplicate charges occurred due to a billing error
How to Request a Refund
Email us at Junaid@forwood.com with:
- Your account email address
- The date of charge
- The reason for your refund request
We process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take 5–10 additional business days to appear depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank before contacting us, your account will be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first — we resolve disputes quickly and fairly.
